Lami International is a decorative trim manufacturer registered and operating from Surat, Gujarat, India. References to “we”, “us”, and “our” mean Lami International.
This Site is intended for trade buyers, sourcing professionals, designers, and manufacturers researching or procuring decorative trims. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others.

Submitting an enquiry through our contact form or by email does not constitute a binding order. An order is only binding once we have confirmed it in writing (by email) and, where applicable, once a proforma invoice has been accepted and payment received.
All product specifications, prices, lead times, and minimum order quantities are indicative only and subject to confirmation at the time of your order. We reserve the right to decline any enquiry or order at our discretion.
Sample development is undertaken subject to a separate sampling agreement communicated at the time of your request. Approval of a sample by you authorises production of the confirmed specification only. Changes to specification after sample approval may require a fresh development cycle and revised pricing.
Sample charges, if applicable, will be communicated in advance. Sample charges may be credited against a subsequent bulk order at our discretion.
All prices are quoted in the currency specified on the relevant proforma invoice (typically USD or INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, and freight unless stated otherwise. Prices are valid for the period stated in the quotation.
Payment terms are as agreed in writing per order. We reserve the right to withhold dispatch until payment is received in full in cleared funds.
All content on this Site — including text, images, product photographs, design artwork, and the Lami International name and logo — is our property or used with permission and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Custom designs, patterns, and briefs developed for a specific buyer remain confidential and will not be reproduced for other buyers without your consent. However, stock designs and standard product ranges remain our intellectual property.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for loss or damage arising from your use of this Site or reliance on information published on it. Product specifications and images are indicative; actual products may vary slightly in colour, texture, and finish due to the nature of textile manufacturing.
Our liability in respect of any confirmed order shall not exceed the value of that order.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from use of this Site or trade transactions with Lami International shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Surat, Gujarat, India.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be noted with an updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of this Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
